SubmissionSubmission will open in December 1st, 2025, and will end on March 1st, 2026. We only accept submission through this website. You must have or create an account to submit a contribution (login at the top right corner of this page). Submission can take the form of Long abstracts (at least 6 pages) or Full papers (no more than 30 pages, font 12). For application to the Cem Ertur Prize, please add a mention in red on the first page of your paper: "SUBMISSION FOR THE CEM ERTUR PRIZE" and use your name and Ertur's name as the pdf file title and put also a proof of the PhD defense at the end of the pdf file. All informations on the application are detailed in the relevant page (Cem Ertur Prize).Notification of acceptance: by April 1st, 2026. Registration will be opened by: April 4th, 2026. Registration will be closed by: May 1st, 2026.
